1. Purpose

This charter defines the rules for using the Wutkoo platform, accessible to users (customers) and providers (guides, activity organizers) in Senegal. It aims to guarantee responsible, secure use that complies with applicable laws.

2. Charter Acceptance

Use of Wutkoo implies full acceptance of this charter by all users.

3. General Rules of Use

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the platform legally
• Respect other users
• Not damage Wutkoo's image

4. Prohibited Behaviors

It is strictly forbidden to:

Fraud and abuse

• Use false identities
• Provide false documents
• Attempt to bypass the payment system

Platform circumvention

• Arrange transactions outside of Wutkoo after being put in contact
• Request or offer off-platform payments

Prohibited content

• Publish fake activities
• Offer illegal services
• Disseminate misleading information

5. Provider Obligations

Providers agree to:

• Provide services that match their description
• Respect schedules and commitments
• Hold the necessary authorizations (RCCM, NINEA or guide card if applicable)
• Maintain professional behavior with clients

6. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

• Respect the conditions of booked activities
• Arrive at the agreed time
• Provide correct information when booking

7. Payments and Security

• All payments must be made through the Wutkoo platform
• Any attempt to circumvent is prohibited
• Wutkoo uses secure payment solutions

8. Sanctions

In case of non-compliance with this charter, Wutkoo may:

• Temporarily suspend an account
• Permanently delete an account
• Block transactions
• Take legal action if necessary

9. Liability

Wutkoo acts as an intermediary between customers and providers. Each provider is responsible for the proper execution of their services.

10. Reporting

Users can report any suspicious behavior or abuse via:

• Support email
• Customer service

11. Charter Updates

Wutkoo reserves the right to modify this charter at any time in order to adapt to legal and technical developments.

12. Acceptance

Any use of the platform implies acceptance of this charter of use.
