AML-CFT Policy

1. Purpose

This policy aims to prevent, detect and combat any money laundering or terrorist financing activity on the Wutkoo platform. Wutkoo undertakes to comply with the regulations in force in Senegal and to cooperate with its payment partners to guarantee the security of transactions.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

• All providers (guides, activity organizers)
• All users (customers)
• All transactions made on the platform

3. User Identification

Wutkoo implements an identification process based on:

For providers:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Documents: RCCM, NINEA or guide card

For customers:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address

4. Transaction Monitoring

Wutkoo monitors transactions in order to detect any suspicious activity, including:

• Unusual or repeated transactions
• Abnormally high amounts
• Activities inconsistent with the provider's profile
• Attempts to bypass the payment system

5. Prevention Measures

In order to limit risks, Wutkoo implements:

• Provider verification (KYC)
• Use of secure payment solutions
• Account access limitation
• Control of activities published on the platform

6. Suspicious Activity Reporting

In case of doubt or suspicious behavior, Wutkoo reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend an account
• Block a transaction
• Request additional information
• Report the activity to the competent authorities if necessary

7. Collaboration with Partners

Wutkoo works in collaboration with its payment partners in order to:

• secure transactions
• detect fraud
• ensure regulatory compliance

8. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information
• use the platform legally
• not divert services for fraudulent purposes

9. Data Protection

Information collected under this policy is processed in accordance with the Wutkoo privacy policy.

10. Sanctions

In case of non-compliance with this policy, Wutkoo may:

• suspend or delete an account
• block transactions
• take legal action

11. Acceptance

Use of the Wutkoo platform implies acceptance of this AML-CFT policy.
